Fit-out and creation of exclusive Valentino retail space within the 1st Floor super brand concessions area of a world famous luxury department store in Knightsbridge.

T&B’s Interiors team recently delivered the fast-track fit-out of the new Valentino retail concession located within the 1st floor ‘super brands’ area.

Works to the create the custom retail space included:

• 10-week (7 days/week) construction programme
• Formation of retail space, fittings rooms and exclusive / gift wrapping area
• Installation of commissioned furniture which included new bespoke cash desk, presentation and display units
• Formation of metal stud partitions with marble cladding
• New screed and marble flooring throughout retail unit
• Extensive high-quality decoration throughout
• Tailored chandelier strip and spot lighting
• New M&E services throughout including alarm, ventilation and fire safety system
• All works were delivered to the strict store guidelines

Due to the prestigious client, nature and location of the project the site was kept exceptionally clean and tidy throughout the duration of the works.
